01Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly and accurately.

• "k786" or "the Platform" refers to k786.biz and all services, features, game rooms, betting markets and tools made available on or through this website.
• "Player", "you" or "your" means any registered user who holds an active k786 account and uses the platform for gaming or betting purposes.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a player following successful registration at k786.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a player's k786 wallet at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds where separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account by k786 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn from the platform.
• "Real-Money Funds" means PKR amounts deposited directly by the player using Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard.
• "Qualifying Deposit" means a deposit that meets the minimum threshold required to trigger a specific bonus or promotion as stated in the offer terms.
• "RNG" or "Random Number Generator" means the certified algorithmic system that determines game outcomes across all k786 casino and arcade games.

02Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

Single Account Policy

If k786 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed and any balances will be forfeited without recourse.

Registration Information

When registering at k786, you are required to provide your accurate Pakistani mobile number and create a secure password. You confirm that all information you provide at registration is true, complete and up to date. k786 may at any time request additional verification documents — such as a copy of your CNIC — to confirm your identity before processing a withdrawal or responding to a dispute. Failure to provide verification documents within 14 days of a request may result in account suspension.

03Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k786 login credentials — your mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes. k786 will never ask you for your password via SMS, WhatsApp or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from k786 and asking for your password, do not respond — contact our support team immediately.

Any actions taken on your k786 account while your credentials are in use are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify k786 support immediately so that we can secure your account and investigate the incident. k786 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Two-Factor Authentication

k786 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. When 2FA is active, a verification code is sent to your registered mobile number each time a login attempt is made from a new device. This adds a significant layer of protection to your account and is available to all k786 players free of charge from the account security settings page.

04Deposits & Payments

k786 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though standard platform daily deposit caps apply as displayed in your account settings.

All payment methods must be registered in your own name. k786 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your registered identity, it will be returned and your account may be placed under review pending investigation.

Currency

k786 operates entirely in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount that appears in your gaming wallet. No exchange rate spreads or hidden conversion fees are deducted from your deposit at k786.

05Withdrawals

k786 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are completed within 2 to 4 hours on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the identity on your k786 account.
• Before your first withdrawal, k786 may require identity verification. You will be asked to provide a clear photograph of your CNIC or other acceptable identity document. This is a one-time requirement per account.
• Real-money funds deposited by you can be withdrawn at any time without any hold period, provided your account is in good standing and no active bonus terms restrict withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• k786 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse or a dispute raised by a third-party payment provider. In such cases, k786 will notify you of the reason for the delay within 24 hours.

06Bonuses & Promotions

k786 regularly offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL season specials, Eid lucky draws and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your k786 wallet and are tracked independently from your real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for k786 welcome and reload bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus must generate Rs 1,00,000 in total bets before it becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Jackpot Slots, Fishing Games and Live Casino table games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Sports betting wagers at odds of 1.5 or higher contribute 100%. Wagers at odds below 1.5 contribute 0%.
• k786 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer. Abuse of promotional terms — including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and suspension of the accounts involved.

Referral Programme

The k786 Refer a Friend programme pays eligible referrers a cash reward for each new player they successfully introduce to the platform. Referral rewards are paid only on genuine, unique new registrations that meet the qualifying deposit threshold. Self-referrals, referrals involving multiple accounts held by the same individual, and referrals from inactive or suspended accounts do not qualify. 07Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played at k786 are subject to the specific rules governing that betting market or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and should be read before wagering. By placing a bet or starting a game session at k786, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

Bet Settlement

Sports bets at k786 are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body for the sport in question. For PSL and cricket bets, the Pakistan Cricket Board's official result is used. For football bets, the result at the end of 90 minutes (including injury time) is used for standard match result markets unless otherwise stated. In-play bet settlement follows the same rules as pre-match bets unless specific in-play rules are displayed.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by k786 in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours; the bet was placed based on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error; the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a system error; or official results are overturned by the governing body after initial settlement. Voided bets are returned to your k786 wallet as real-money funds.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game rooms at k786 and are displayed within the relevant interface. k786 reserves the right to restrict stake limits on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion. Players who are identified as consistently betting near maximum limits on markets that have closed or neared the k786 liability threshold may have their maximum stake reduced on affected markets.

08Fair Play Policy

k786 is committed to providing a fair and equal gaming environment for all players. All casino games and arcade games on k786 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems are independently tested and certified by our certification partners on a regular basis. The results of all games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by k786, by third parties or by any player action.

k786 uses active real-time monitoring to detect unusual betting patterns, collusion between players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities or any other activity that undermines the fairness of games and markets for other players. Accounts found to be engaging in unfair play will be suspended immediately and relevant winnings may be voided pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding.

09Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k786. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where relevant, legal action.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts or any automated tool to place bets, play games or perform any other action on the k786 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other players at poker tables or any other multiplayer game room for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits at k786.
• Depositing via a payment method not registered in your own name or registered to a deceased, fictitious or stolen identity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location at any point during registration or the lifetime of your account.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion, welcome bonus or referral reward more than once through any means.
• Placing bets with the sole purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, particularly through low-risk mathematical strategies that result in guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.

10Responsible Gaming

Available Tools

12Limitation of Liability

k786 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of placing bets or playing games on the platform. All wagering and gaming at k786 involves risk, and by using the platform you accept that you may lose money. k786 does not guarantee any outcome, return rate or profit from any game or betting market.

k786 is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, mobile network failures, power cuts, government-ordered restrictions, cyberattacks or force majeure events. In the event of a service interruption that affects an active bet or game session, k786 will make commercially reasonable efforts to reinstate the session or settle the affected wager fairly. k786's liability in any such case is limited to returning the stake amount of the affected wager.

13Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your k786 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and all active bonus terms must be concluded. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 3 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

k786 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms and Conditions; engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9; failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated time; receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a deposited payment method; or any other activity that k786 deems contrary to the integrity of the platform or the wellbeing of other players.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, k786 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the reason for closure and given the opportunity to submit evidence in their defence within 14 days. k786's decision following that review is final.

14Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and k786 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings or agreements between you and k786 on the same subject matter, whether written or verbal.

k786 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or account notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of k786 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any update to these terms, you should stop using k786 and request account closure as described in Section 13.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
